Founder
Horst Govin is the founder of Job Hunt Bootcamp, which he launched in 2020 to bring a structured, results-oriented approach to career transitions. Drawing on years of experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, and working at the intersection of business, technology, and creativity, Horst created the Bootcamp to help professionals navigate the job market with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Known for his empathetic and strategic coaching style, he combined personalized guidance, community connection, and a proven methodology to support job seekers in reaching their next professional chapter. Horst has since stepped away from coaching, and the Bootcamp is now led by his trusted coaching partner, Nicole Kelley, who continues the work with the same thoughtful approach and commitment to client success.
